Would love to spend time with animals & be a pet sitter!

My name is Svenja and I am a German 33 year-old PhD student here in Helsinki. I just lost my 21 year-old cat and I miss spending time with animals. Since my life style (a lot of leisure and conference travel) does not allow for another pet currently, I feel like I have the capacity to care for someone else's pet. Also, a little bit of extra money to supplement my research grant would be great. I have had different kind of pets ever since I was a small child. We had budgies (birds), rabbits, guinea pigs and a cat. My sister has always had rescue dogs and currently has three. I love all animals equally and am comfortable taking care of any species. Because of my love and respect for animals, I turned vegetarian at the age of 6 and vegan at the age of 16. I can confidently say that the overwhelming majority of animals I have encountered have liked me back very much :) Please, reach out if you want your pet to be in experienced and loving hands!
