a dynamic early childhood professional with over 10 years of diversified teaching experience in both international and Finnish educational contexts. A native of Espoo, Finland, she is highly experienced in early childhood development and education. Professional Background Early Childhood Educator/Teacher and Elementary I have worked as an Early Childhood Educator/ Teacher at Pilke päiväkodit oy since January 2023. My duties include working with the families and parents to achieve students' developmental goals, using various teaching techniques that fits children's needs, and maintaining communication with the families and co-workers. I use classroom routines (patterned after the VASU) to support cognitive and social development, as she observes and assesses children in order to follow up on potential needs.
