Responsible and Trusted Pet Carer

When I was a boy our house was like a small zoo. We had dogs, cats, gerbils, rabbits, hamsters etc. We obviously loved animals. I was once even offered a very big and beautiful macaw parrot for free from an old neighbor in the street but by that time we were at full capacity so my mother wouldn't allow it much to my disappointment! In addition to looking after my own dogs (although I currently do not have my own) I have regularly taken care of and looked after other peoples' and friends' dogs my whole life. Most recently I have looked after my friend's karhu Koira (Finnish bear dog) and those long walks in the forest during the middle of winter are very fond memories. Karhu Koiras love the snow! They also love water so much so that a strong arm is needed because they have a strong inclination to suddenly jump in lakes given half the chance! Dogs and cats are very intuitive and they have an instant liking to me because they can sense my body language. For me looking after pets is a joy and that joy is translated into how I interact with an animal and I believe that is why animals quickly view me as a trusted friend. I would be happy and privileged to look after your pet too!
