I am looking for a trustworthy person in Kemi to help manage a house that will be rented on Airbnb starting in January 2027.
The tasks include:

Managing guest check-ins and check-outs

Full cleaning between bookings

Changing and handling the laundry

General inspection of the property after each stay

Bookings will be for a minimum of one week, which allows for stable and predictable scheduling.

Profile sought:

Reliable, serious, and punctual

Experience in cleaning or short-term rental management (a plus but not required)

Good communication skills

Ability to send photos after each cleaning
