Position for a babysitter – childcare in Vantaa

Hello Bimala,
I'm looking for help for my sister in vantaa. She's currently in hospital after having complications after an endoscopy a few weeks ago. My brother-in-law and nephew are thus alone at home and could use help cleaning, cooking and so on. But I'm writing to you specifically because i saw you that you're a nurse so when my sister gets home she will probably be needing proper care.
I live myself in Switzerland and be flying to finland on Thursday to assess the situation. Maybe we could meet at my sister's house on Friday if you have time and feel that you might be able to help
