Looking for a Russian Finnish babysitter in Espoo

I would like to find a reliable babysitter who can be available for an occasional babysitting for couple of hours. We would like to have the person who is Native or Profficient in both Russian and Finnish language. Having a degree in early education/medical degree or similar would be advantage. Now we have a newborn and we would like to find a reliable person for a long term in Espoo.
